What was the highlight of 2br Orchard Suite
Totally unreliable and grubby. Never again. Lots of coat hangers though!
Location excellent adjacent to Orchard Road and close to everything. Although have to fight your way through a crowd of people to get into the building.
We were emailed with instructions to meet the hosts at McDonalds restaurant at 4pm. We arrived early but no sign of the hosts by 4.45pm so went to the Security Guard who took pity on me and rang the contact number 5 times before we got a reply. They eventually turned up at 5pm. It was clear the rooms had only just been cleaned (sort of) or at least hosed down the bathrooms floors, toilets everything still wet. But dirty strands of long hair everywhere. Then rudely demand a $200 security deposit before in the door. With a great list of prices that will be deducted from the deposit!

What was the highlight of 2br Orchard Suite
Disappointing for the price we payed.
Location of the apartment
No lobby to check in. Communication between hosts and myself was done mainly by mobile. Coming from overseas, had we not have international roaming, we wouldn’t have been able to contact the hosts upon our arrival. Hosts promised to meet up at a specific location but never showed up until 25 minutes later. Only one key was provided for entry into the apartment even though we had 5 adult guests. Neighbors were noisy. Every night we could hear our neighbors on top of us shuffling furniture and footsteps. One one of our nights, we could hear our female neighbors screaming, yelling and physically fighting in the middle of the night. No room service at any one point during our stay. No shampoo was provided, we had to buy our own. Only body wash was provided. No replenishment of body wash, toilet paper or anything of that nature.

location and luggage handling
1. the elevator to the apartment are old and dirty... but not the apartment, even the apartment is old but it has been refurbished 2. the crowd on weekends at Lucky Plaza :(
